- Order Inactive Account Manager, or press Buy Premium in the plugin (the Upgrade link on the Inactive Accounts page, or Settings → Licence), which fills in the server's IP for you.
- Enter the server's main IP address and a Server Name. The name is only for your invoices, so you can tell your licences apart.
- Pay the invoice. The licence becomes active as soon as payment is received.
- In the plugin, press Check now in Settings → Licence, or wait for the next automatic check (within 6 hours).
You need one licence per server.
