- Log in to the client area and go to Services → My Services.
- Click the licence you want to cancel. The Server Name you gave when ordering is shown to help you pick the right one.
- In the Actions menu on the left, click Request Cancellation.
- Choose End of Billing Period (keep Premium until the paid period ends; recommended) or Immediate, enter a reason, and click Request Cancellation.
If you pay by a recurring PayPal or card subscription, check that it is cancelled too so you aren't charged again.
When the licence ends, the plugin drops to the free edition at its next check (within 6 hours). Nothing is deleted: your settings, protected accounts and history stay, and the first 10 inactive accounts keep being managed. Buy a licence again at any time to unlock the rest.
