The lifecycle: Detected, Notified, Suspended, Removed Print

  • 0

PhaseWhen (default)What happens
DetectedDay 0The account appears in the list with the reason. Nothing else changes.
NotifiedDay 7The owning reseller receives an Inactivity notice listing the account and the dates.
SuspendedDay 30Premium: suspended through the control panel; a Suspension notice is sent.
RemovedDay 60Premium: DNS is re-checked. If any domain points back, removal is cancelled; otherwise the account is removed and a Removal notice is sent.
  • The clock starts when the plugin detects the account, not when the domain changed. "Inactive for" counts from detection.
  • Each phase happens once and sends one email. Emails are batched per reseller per run.
  • Suspension and removal need Premium. On the free edition accounts are detected, listed and notified but never suspended or removed.
  • At most 20 accounts are suspended or removed per scan. If more are due (after a licence is restored, or after you shorten the lifecycle days), they are worked through over the following scans.
  • The Next step column shows each account's next date. Due soon filters accounts whose next step is within 7 days.
  • Removal is permanent: files, databases and mail are deleted from the server.
